multi monitor goodness
i know it works ok with a triple monitor like setup i just tried it and its pretty funky and works ok. but i would like to see something like supreme commander's 2nd display option. basically i wanna be able to use one monitor for looking around and stuff and put stats, hero bars, minimap, inventory, equipment pack, and stuff on the other monitor. i know it can be done even with a limited staff. even if they dont plan on doing it with gw they could atleast do it with gw2.
i tried putting all my stats stuff on the extra monitors when using a triple screen setup and it was pretty nifty. official support would obviously work better though.

lol - "i know it can be done with limited staff"
what we think can be done isnt always actually possible nor is easy.
Gw code is something like magic and the gw staff are like magicians - only downside is the gw magicians tend to make mistakes when messing with gw magic and if you dont believe me - looki at how many quick updates were to fix npc probs etc.
How many times now since nick went post have we had glitches - either he was/wasnt wik enabled , how many times has a key npc in outpost vanished after anets played with magic ??.
Now im not callin anet usless - far from it , they do a great job with limited staff but even tho in theory your idea may be gd and just because another games got it - doesnt mean its easy to setup.
Also i doubt theres much call in gw for triple screen setup.
As for appearing in gw2 - jeez man its taking anet long enough to release it , do you want to wait another 5 yrs ?

More likely to come via third party software than included in the game itself.
I would imagine adding something that would be used by less than 1% of the player base isn't worth the effort.

...they make a 3rd monitor support with the 3rd one broadcasting live from the cage in LA where Livia and Gwen are dancing for Iris Flowers.

Please, no more psychotic women with serious emotional issues. Livia + Xandra, sure. But Gwen? No. Never. Not even thinking about it. Gwen could keep an entire staff of shrinks employed for life. Whoever wrote that character probably needs meds to keep them from killing their own family.
As far as multi-monitor support that would be great and I'd support it, but in GW it will never happen. As far GW2, who knows...
